Ingredients:
- 1 tsp Butterfly Pea Flowers
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 tbsp honey or sugar
- Juice of half a lemon
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
- Steep butterfly pea flowers in hot water for 5 minutes
- Strain and let cool
- Pour over ice cubes
- Add honey and stir well
- Slowly squeeze lemon juice and watch the color transform
